Shipping processing time

Products are generally delivered within 15 (fifteen) business days of the receipt of the order and in any case within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Delivery dates are indicative and not binding; failure to meet delivery dates does not entitle you to terminate the agreement or exercise any right to damages.

In case of high volume of orders and/or adverse weather conditions and/or other circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, Core S.r.l. (hereinafter “Core”, “we”, “us” or “our” as appropriate) will contact you via email or telephone.

Core applies FREE shipping on orders over € 249.00.

Order Processing

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders fulfilled by us are dispatched from Italy so you will not be charged any additional taxes or duties if you live in a member state of the EU.

Please note that all Products supplied by us to clients in non-UE Countries pursuant to an order shall be sold on the basis of DDP Incoterms 2020; hence, Core bears the costs and risks involved in transporting the goods to the place of destination and is obliged to clear the goods for export and for import, to pay any export and import duties and to carry out all customs formalities.



Damages

Please verify the conditions of the product delivered and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
